In Common cold
Curakof-D Syrup effectively relieves symptoms associated with common cold, such as a blocked nose, runny nose, watery eyes, sneezing, and congestion or stuffiness. It helps loosen thick mucus, making it easier to cough out. It also shrinks the blood vessels and provides rapid relief that lasts for several hours. These actions make breathing easier. Curakof-D Syrup usually starts working within a few minutes, and the effects can last up to several hours.
In Treatment of Dry cough
A dry cough, also known as non-productive cough, is a cough where no phlegm or mucus is produced. This is irritating, usually associated with a tickly throat and may be caused due to cold, flu, allergies or throat irritants. Curakof-D Syrup suppresses dry, hacking coughs. This medicine can provide a quick relief and the effects can last up to several hours.
HOW TO USE CURAKOF-D SYRUP
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Curakof-D Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
HOW CURAKOF-D SYRUP WORKS
Curakof-D Syrup is a combination of three medicines: Phenylephrine, Chlorpheniramine Maleate, and Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide. Phenylephrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide is a cough suppressant which relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough center in the brain.
